ABOUT Beetroot Paneer Cutlet RECIPE

A healthy version of cutlets for making kids to eat beetroot happily

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beetroot 250 gm
  2. Paneer 125 gm
  3. Cornflour 2 teaspoon
  4. Bread crumbs 1/4 cup
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add grated beetroots and crumbled paneer
  2. Add rest of the ingredients except oil
  3. Mix well. Make small balls and shape like cutlets
  4. Heat a non-stick pan
  5. Shallow fry the cutlets in oil until golden brown on both sides
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce
