Cutlets made from mix veggies and using beetroot as main ingredient.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato- 2( cut in cubes)
  2. Beans - 1/4 cup(cut in dices)
  3. Grated Beetroot - 1/2 cup
  4. Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
  5. Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Garam nasala powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt - As required
  10. Oil - for fry

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes and beans in cubes.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan.
  3. Put diced potatoes and beans in pan.
  4. Add chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  5. Add little water and cover the pan.
  6. Cook on low flame till they become soft.
  7. Add grated beetroot and carrots.
  8. Cook it on high flame till it become dry.
  9. Let it cool.
  10. After cooling add chat masala and salt.
  11. Mash it with hand.
  12. Add bread crumbs.
  13. Make tikkis from it.
  14. Roll tikkis in remaining bread crumbs.
  15. Shallow fry cutlets in nonstick pan.
  16. Enjoy beetroot cutlets with any sauce.
