Children are often bored with the same food given daily and often are nagging to eat vegetables, so this is a delicious way to feed them vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Refine flour 1 cup
  2. Backing powder 1 tsp
  3. Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1/2 cup
  5. Mix vegetables 2 cup
  6. Mix herbs
  7. Mozzarella cheese as required
  8. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough with refine flour, baking powder, butter and salt. Keep separate for ten minutes in freeze.
  2. Take a frying pan heat add butter, chopped onion, capsicum and zucchini. Toss with black pepper and salt.
  3. Spread the dough into a container brushed with butter.
  4. Add cooked veggies, tomato sauce, mixed herbs and cinnamon powder.
  5. Cover with mozzarella cheese then cover with strips.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes
  7. Dust with black pepper and serve
