Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mixed Vegetables (carrots, capsicum, potato, green peas, corns) 1 cup
  2. Tomato 1 small
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Fresh coriander leaves 1 tsp
  10. Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp


  1. Boil vegetables in hot water with salt for 5 mins.
  2. Heat oil, add whole cumin.
  3. Add parboiled vegetables.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin, coriander powder and garam masala.
  5. Add chopped tomato.
  6. Cook in medium for sometime, until tomatoes become soft.
  7. Add fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Make dough.
  9. Take two cups of wheat flour, add warm water and salt.
  10. Knead well.
  11. Add 1 tsp oil or ghee.
  12. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  13. Now make small balls out of the dough.
  14. Put stuffing and cheese, again make balls.
  15. Roll parathas by dusting them with flour.
  16. Fry them until both sides become dark brown.
  17. Serve hot with sauce.
