Cheesy Mixed Vegetable Uttapa

Ingredients to make Cheesy Mixed Vegetable Uttapa

  • 1/2 kg Dosa batter
  • One small tomato
  • One medium onion
  • One small capsicum
  • A bunch of corriander fresh
  • One cup cheese grated (mozzarella or any processed cheese)
  • salt
  • Choice of paprika or any spices you like
  • Amul butter/refined oil as optional choice
  • (I used oil though , Fortune Rice oil )

How to make Cheesy Mixed Vegetable Uttapa

  1. Mix Dosa batter well
  2. Add salt and paprika
  3. Chop fine onions tomatoes and capsicum
  4. Add veggies and cheese grated into the batter mix well
  5. Heat dosa Tava well
  6. Spread small discs of the batter
  7. Drop a spoon of butter or oil as per choice and cover to cook the top
  8. Turn side to cook the steamed side well and remove hot
  9. Cool and serve as is or with ketchup

My Tip:

Use batter at room temperature. Do not grease Dosa Tava before hand Use semi high flame through out
