Ingredients to make Aloo methi

  • One bundle fenugreek leaves.
  • onion 1 big size
  • tomato 1 big size
  • ginger garlic handful.
  • salt as taste.
  • red chilly as taste.
  • dhania powder.
  • mustard oil 4 big spoons.
  • potato 2 small.

How to make Aloo methi

  1. Add mustard oil in a wok.
  2. Heat it for few minutes. Add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add chopped onions. Add tomatoes chopped. Now add green chillies.
  4. Add dry masalas.salt red chilly powder nd dhania powder. Make a fine tadka. Add chopped fenugreek leaves.
  5. Add potatoes. Saute them. Cook well.
