Ingredients to make Atte- gud ki puri

  • wheat flour 1/2 kg
  • Gud/ jaggery 250 gms
  • Refined oil
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Atte- gud ki puri

  1. Take jaggery with a little amount of water in a pan and keep it on gas till it melt.
  2. In a bowl put flour , ghee and melted gud/ jaggery and knead it .
  3. Put some oil in a pan make small puri of the kneaded dough and deep fry it.
