Ingredients: 500 gm AP flour; 400 gm Sugar; 500 room temperature butter; 12 large eggs; Vanilla essense 2 tsp; For frosting 1 cup confectionery sugar; red food colour a pinch; Softened butter 250 gm; 2 tbsp Milk; 1 tbsp strawberry preserve; 1/2tsp baking powder

Ingredients Serving: 10

500 gm AP flour
400 gm Sugar
500 room temperature butter
12 large eggs
Vanilla essense 2 tsp
For frosting 1 cup confectionery sugar
red food colour a pinch
Softened butter 250 gm
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp strawberry preserve
1/2tsp baking powder

Instructions

Add sugar and butter and mix until smooth
Crack eggs and mix one at a time
Add vanilla essense
In another bowl add baking powder and flour
Mix all together
Perheat oven for 30 mins at 160 C
Bake for 50 mins
For the frostng mix the butter and confectionery sugar until smooth add milk and colour and strawberry preserve and beat until smooth and fluffy
