Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cooked potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup green onions
  4. 1/4 cup Bacon
  5. 1 tablespoon salt
  6. 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  7. Cheddar cheeses

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients with it
  2. Now take cheddar cheeses and wrap the cheese with mixture
  3. Coat it with cornflour and egg
  4. Shallow fry till it becomes light brown
