Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Red beans 2 cup
  2. Water 5 cup
  3. Sugar 1 tsp
  4. Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  5. Dough ingredient for pan cakes
  6. All purpose flour 2 cup
  7. warm milk 3/4 cup
  8. Yeast 1 tsp
  9. Egg 1
  10. sugar 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt 1 tsp
  12. Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Rinse the red beans .put the beans in to a pot and add water cover and cook for 2 hr. at low heat .stir several times while cooking.
  2. After 2 hr.turn off the heat and wait for it to cool off.mash with a blender .
  3. Add cooking oil in to a pan then put in the mashed bean.add sugar stir fried for 5 min.at low heat.the red bean paste is done.
  4. Take a bowl.Add maida,warm milk,yeast,egg ,sugar,salt,butter mix it well .the dough is ready.
  5. Cut the dough in to 8 pieces then gently roll each piece .then let the pieces rest for 8-10 min.add the red bean paste.then pet each pieces until it is flat.
  6. Let them rest for 20 min.cook them on medium heat for 5 min.or until they are brown.
  7. Then turn them over.add butter if you want a richer taste.
  8. Red bean pancake is ready .
