Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 glass pancake flour
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 4-5 green chillies
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 big sized onions, chopped
  8. A pinch of lemon colour
  9. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  10. Few curry leaves
  11. 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
  12. Oil as required
  13. 2 tbsp semolina (suji)


  1. First beat the eggs, pancake flour and milk in a mixer jar. Remove and keep it separate.
  2. Again in the mixer jar put in the chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chillier and grind it well.
  3. Next, add semolina and mix it all. Cut and chop 1 onion and green chillies and a few coriander leaves, shallow fry on a tawa for 5 minutes.
  4. Then mix it in the batter and put in the curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, a pinch of lemon colour, salt and mix it all well.
  5. Make small dosas and shallow fry on a non-stick pan in a low flame till they turn golden brown and garnish as you desire.
  6. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
