Ingredients to make Palak omlette

  • spinach (palak) one cup
  • 4 eggs
  • One cup spring onions
  • One cup grated coconut
  • One green chilly
  • Pinch of turmeric powder and red chilly powder
  • Pinch of pizza mix (snapin)
  • salt to taste

How to make Palak omlette

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Beat in eggs. Throughly wisk. Heat butter in a pan and cook.
  2. You can either cook it as an omlette or as scrambled eggs.

My Tip:

Add onions if preferred. However i have added spring onions. It gives extra crunch. You can slightly toss the veggies and then incoperate in the wisked eggs.
