Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Sooji or samolina half cup
  3. milk powder half cup
  4. Milk 1 litre
  5. Rice 1 Cup -Coarsely crushed
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Sugar powdered 1 cup
  8. Condensed milk optional
  9. Ghee half cup
  10. Pinch of baking powder
  11. 3-4 tablespoon heavy cream
  12. half teaspoon Saunf powder
  13. 2 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put Whole wheat flour, sooji, milk powder
  2. 3-4 tsp powdered sugar, half tsp saunf powder & mix well
  3. also add a pinch of baking powder , pour milk n make a thin batter
  4. leave it for 30 mints , let it rise & become light
  5. Take another pan, pour the remaining milk
  6. add the crushed rice & let it cook until rice done
  7. now add Sugar to taste , half teaspoon elaichi powder n mix well
  8. can also add milk maid (optional)
  9. caramel sauce for rice pudding-
  10. Take a pan & put 2 tsp sugar , let it melt on a low flame
  11. now add 2 tsp butter n turn off the gas
  12. add 3-4 tablespoon heavy cream & mix well
  13. add a pinch of salt & caramel sauce os ready
  14. Take a non-stick tawa , add some ghee
  15. now pour the malpua batter & cook it from sides
  16. Serve Hot with Cold rice pudding with a drizzle of caramel sauce & coconut chikki's
  17. a sinful dessert is ready to serve
