Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1tsp Baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  6. 2 tbsp Sugar
  7. 2 tbsp Butter
  8. pinch of salt.

Instructions

  1. Sift all dry ingredients
  2. Whisk egg whites and sugar until fluffy
  3. Add vanilla essence
  4. Add dry ingredients
  5. Add milk and whisk well
  6. Add melted butter and mix
  7. Take a nonstick pan spread little bit butter add a ladle of batter and cook until u see few bubbles on top .Flip it and cook on low flame.For next pan cake don't add butter and in this way u will have uniform brown colour.
  8. Serve cut into slices when cooled to room temperature.
