A delicious snack from leftover cooked rice, wheat flour & besan.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cooked rice 1/2cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 3 tbsp
  3. Besan 3 tbsp
  4. Onion,grated 1/2
  5. Cabbage,carrot,grated 4tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  7. Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  8. Curd 1tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Ghee or oil,to shallow fry.


  1. Put the rice in a blender & smash it for or 1or 2 sec.
  2. Remove the rice to a bowl & add all other ingredients .make a dough,except oil.
  3. Apply some oil on ur hands,to make dough a smooth & stiff one
  4. Tae a plastic sheet,spray some oil.take a lemon sized ball from the dough,keep in the middle of the sheet.fold it & press with hands to make a small poori. Cut with a round shape cutter. Thus,make small size rotis with all the dough
  5. Heat a pan,with just enough oil, to shallow fry.put one roti in the pan,when it s fried on both sides, remove.
  6. Repeat the same process,with the remaining dough.
  7. Serve hot with ketcup .
