Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour- 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Cooked rice- 1/2cup
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Green chilly- 2 Chopped
  6. Red chilly powder- 1/4teaspoon
  7. Oil-1tablespoons


  1. Take a bowl add cooked rice, Red chilly powder, Salt,Green chilly,Coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Now take wheat flour add salt and knead a soft dough with water.
  3. Now make small size peda with dough.
  4. Take one peda dust some wheat flour and roll it with rolling pin.
  5. Apply some oil and place 1tablespoons of rice mixture in centre.
  6. Now seal the edges and again make a peda. Now roll it with rolling pin.
  7. Heat nonstick tawa.
  8. Place the parantha on heated tawa and roast it both sides. Now apply some oil on parantha and roast it both sides till brown and crispy.
  9. Serve with curd and pickle.
