Calamari roast

Ingredients to make Calamari roast

  • 250 g squid ,cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 big onions,finely chopped
  • 1 big tomato ,finely chopped
  • 2 green chilli slit
  • 1"ginger crushed
  • 1 tsp chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • curry leaves few
  • salt

How to make Calamari roast

  1. Heat a pan and pour oil.
  2. Add in the crushed ginger.
  3. Add onions and saute till it turns transparent.
  4. Throw in the tomatoes with the green chillies.
  5. Saute.
  6. Add calamari and cook it covered.
  7. Once done add curry leaves and saute for 4 min.
  8. Switch off the flame.Serve.
