Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1/2cup
  2. Milk 3cups
  3. Seffron few strands
  4. Almonds chopped 2tbsp
  5. Ceshews 2tbsp
  6. Pistachio 1tbsp
  7. Sugar as per your taste..
  8. Ghee 1tsp
  9. Cardmom powder 1/2tsp


  1. Heat a deep pan add ghee in it
  2. Add semolina roast it
  3. Dissolve seffron strands in a warm milk just 2tbsp of milk
  4. After semolina get roasted add milk sugar cardmom powder and cook
  5. Add sefron soaked in milk and mix well
  6. Add dryfruits to the mixture cook till it get thicken
  7. Turn off gas chill garnish and serve
