Idly Tikki

Ingredients to make Idly Tikki

  • 2 Left over idlies
  • 2 boiled and peeled medium size potatoes
  • 1 medium size onion
  • Corn flour half teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste quarter teaspoon
  • chilli powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder quarter teaspoon
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to make Idly Tikki

  1. Mash the potatoes and idlies well
  2. Add all the ingredients one by one
  3. Mix well
  4. Roll into balls and flatten it. in the palm
  5. Add Oil in the Tava and place the Tikkies
  6. Cook on both sides till it turns Golden brown

My Tip:

Instead of idlies you can also add breads
