A very light and healthy recipe which can be served as breakfast or evening snack as well

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 1cup
  2. Fresh Malai,oil,curd all 1 tbsp each
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  5. turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  6. Corriander powder 1tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  8. Kasoori methi 1tsp
  9. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
  10. olive oil /ghee to shallow frying


  1. Mix all the above listed ingredients and knead a soft dough using required amount of water
  2. Rest the dough for 5 minutes
  3. Make very thin chapatis (this dough makes around 10-12)
  4. Shallow fry them using little oil on high flame
  5. Serve with your choice of pickle
