Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Besan (cheek pea flour) 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required for making the dough
  5. Oil 2 tsp and as required for cooking
  6. Methi leaves 1/2 cup boiled
  7. Green chilly 2
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Now make chapatis from the dough
  3. And cook it from both the side and shallow fry the chapatis.
  4. Serve it hot with chilli pickle or mango pickle.
