Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 balls Wheat flour dough
  2. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 1/2cup sliced Capcicum
  4. Chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/4 tsp chopped green chilly
  6. 1 sliced onion
  7. 1/4 tsp oregano
  8. 1/4vtsp chillyflakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Clarified butter for parantha
  11. C


  1. Take a bowl add cabbage capicum onion and seasoning mix Well
  2. Take a whaet flour dough and roll it with roller pin spread cabbage stuffing and make a ball
  3. Again roll the parantha with roller pin take a TWA and roast the parantha apply clarified butter
  4. Roast both sides
  5. Cut pieces and serve with raita or curd
