Carrat palak paratha

Ingredients to make Carrat palak paratha

  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 1 piece big carrat
  • 10 pieces palak leaves
  • 1 onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp paneer
  • A piece of cinnamon
  • 2pieces of cloves

How to make Carrat palak paratha

  1. Chop palak and onion in small pieces. Then,take a pan and put some oil into it then put the chopped onion into it a d let it cook till the color of Onion changes. Then put palak red chilli powder and salt into it and let it cook for some time. And after some time off the gas . Peel off and grind the carrot. Mix palak carrot and paneer into a bowl. Put pinch of salt and clove into it. Then prepare a dove of palak carrot and wheat flour. Then make the paratha's and as serve it with curd.

My Tip:

If necessary then prepare a hard dove.
