Sattu Paratha

Ingredients to make Sattu Paratha

  • Sattu 2 cups
  • wheat flour 3 cups
  • Green chilli 2
  • ginger 1 inch
  • garlic 4 clove
  • lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • onion 2
  • hing 1 pinch
  • Ajavain 1/2 tsp
  • mustard oil 2 tsp
  • Ghee/ refined oil

How to make Sattu Paratha

  1. In a bowl take sattu , chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mustard oil and salt. Mix them nicely with little amount of water.
  2. In an another bowl take wheat flour, ghee, ajavain, hing, salt and required amount of water. Knead to make dough.
  3. Pinch a small portion of dough make a hole into it to fill the sattu stuffing.
  4. Roll out paratha.
  5. Cook on tawa applying ghee or refined both side.
