Gini Dosa

Ingredients to make Gini Dosa

  • 1/2 kg ready to make dosa
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely cut capsicum
  • 2 tbsp mango mint chutney
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp oil to cook
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

How to make Gini Dosa

  1. Beat the Dosa Dough well and add sum water and salt to ready batter like
  2. Keep ready chopped veggies
  3. Keep the green mango mint chutney and sauces ready too
  4. Now heat the Dosa Tava well spread little butter
  5. Now spread the raw mango chutney,sauces and add the veggies on it
  6. Let this cook on slow for 5minutes can cover with big transparent lid too
  7. Now cut out strips of cheese slices and place all over
  8. Now fold into a roll or Flat Dosa cut out and enjoy
  9. Cut out now

My Tip:

Keep flame to medium to let all stuff set on the dosa . Mango chutney-raw mango onion green chilies and coriander ground
