Ingredients to make Anda And Keema Paratha

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • For filling,1 cup chicken minced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 egg beaten
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi crushed
  • 2 tsp freshly chopped coriender leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking

How to make Anda And Keema Paratha

  1. First in a large bowl add maida,wheat flour,salt and add milk and make poori like dough, if needed add more milk or water in it and grease this dough with oil and let it rest for 15 minutes
  2. In other side heat oil in a pan add onion when translucent add garlic in it after a minute add green chilli now add chicken minced and add salt and turmeric powder in it.
  3. Stir chicken minced. Now add roasted cumin powder,chilli flakes,all spice powder,pepper powder,Kasuri methi and finally add lemon juice in it and stir it. When done switch of gas and keep aside for cool it.
  4. when it cools add beaten egg and chopped coriander in it and mix well.
  5. Knead the dough again and make small size balls and make a thin chapati
  6. In this chapati fill the chicken and egg filling and cover it from all sides and make a pocket of it.
  7. Heat chapati tawa and cook. When one side is done, flip it and spread oil over it, and cook till done.
  8. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.

My Tip:

Add egg when chicken mixture is cool.
