Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms - paneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 1 table spoon - cornflour
  3. 3 - slices of bread
  4. salt according to taste
  5. red chilli powder according to taste
  6. 50 gms - suji
  7. 4 spoons - vermicelli
  8. For filling-
  9. 4 tbsp - crushed coconut
  10. 1 teaspoon - refined sugar
  11. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take the paneer (cottage cheese) in a bowl and add 3 soaked and drained bread slices.
  2. Add cornflour, salt and red chili powder in it and prepare a dough.
  3. Make 8 balls from the dough.
  4. Mix sugar in crushed coconut and fill the mixture in the balls.
  5. Roll the balls into suji and vermicelli and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Take the balls out and drain the oil.
  7. Serve with ketchup.
