Green Chickpeas Balls

Ingredients to make Green Chickpeas Balls

  • Green chickpeas 100gm
  • Castor sugar 100gm
  • Khoya 100gm
  • Desi ghee 2tbsp
  • Char magaz 1 tbsp
  • 10 almonds chopped
  • 10 cashewnuts chopped
  • Green cardamom powder 12 tsp

How to make Green Chickpeas Balls

  1. In a non- stick pan, add khoya and cook it till the moisture goes away and khoya becomes dry
  2. Remove from the pan and cool it.
  3. Now take green chickpeas wash thoroughly in cold water and grind it to make a fine paste.
  4. Now in a pan , add desi ghee and chickpeas paste and simmer it for 15-20 minutes till it becomes nicely roasted.
  5. Add khoya in it and cook again for some time.
  6. Add sugar, dry nuts and cardomom powder in it. Turn off the gas and mix well all the things.
  7. Cool it and make small balls of this mixture.
  8. Your tasty dessert is ready to serve.
