Ingredients to make green chickpeas curry

  • green chickpeas 1/2cup
  • finely chopped onion 1/2cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • green chilli 1
  • cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • tomato pury 1cup
  • water 1/2cup
  • oil 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • redchilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • coriender powder 1tsp
  • garam masala 1/2tsp
  • kitchen king masala 1/2tsp

How to make green chickpeas curry

  1. Heat oil in cooker Add cumin seeds let it crackle
  2. Add onions and ginger Garlic paste and cook
  3. When onions becomes golden brown add tomato pury and cook
  4. Add salt redchilli powder turmeric powder coriender powder mix well
  5. Add garam masala or kitchen king masala mix well
  6. Add green chickpeas and cook till oil Saperates
  7. Add water mix well close the lid of cooker and let it whistle for 2-3 times
  8. Switch off the flame
  9. Open the cooker when it cools down
  10. Add coriender leaves serve tasty curry with roti or rice
