Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2cup green chickpeas
  2. 1 tsp cilantro
  3. 1tsp garlic chopped
  4. 1/4 tsp thyme
  5. 1/2tsp Lemon zest
  6. 1/2tsp peprica
  7. 1green chilly
  8. 1tsp Lemon juice
  9. 2-3tsp olive oil
  10. 3tsp bread crumbs
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. 2 sliced tomato
  13. Cabbage sliced few
  14. 2slice cucumber
  15. Boiled and tossed noodles with soya sauce,vinegar and salt...
  16. 1 burger buns
  17. 3 tsp Dr.oetkar veg mayo

Instructions

  1. Boil green gram and drain it.
  2. In blender,add green gram,cilantro,lemon zest,paprika,thyme,green chilly, garlic,salt and grind roughly.
  3. Transfer it to bowl add lemon juice,bread crumbs and mix thoroughly with hands to ensure ingredients are mixed well .
  4. Using hands form desired size patty.
  5. Heat oil in pan..add patty and cook well...
  6. Before assembling burger,toast burger buns on pan.
  7. Arrange sliced veggies and patty,noodles as you like using Dr.oetkar mayonnaise burger....
