Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2cups
  2. 1 cup fresh methi / fenugreek leaves
  3. 1cup washed and chopped spinach
  4. 2 tsp green chili and ginger paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Eno 1 sachet
  7. Malai 1 tsp
  8. Oil 1tsp
  9. Sugar (optional) 1 tsp
  10. Shredded bottle gourd 1cup

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl take all the ingredients
  2. Prepare a dough
  3. Give dough the shape of muthiya
  4. Now steam it for 15-20 minutes
  5. In other pan add 1 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds
  6. Add sesame seeds
  7. Now add muthiya to it
  8. Mix properly and garnish with coriander leaves
  9. Serve with kadhi ,chutney or ketchup

Nice one dear. You can add gram flour too with 2 : 1 ratio.
