Ingredients to make Paneer Babycorn Masala in Microwave

  • tomatoes 3 big
  • onions 2 (medium)
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • melon seeds 1 tbs
  • Green chilli 1 big
  • One small ginger
  • almond 5 to 6
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dhanya jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king powder 2 tsp
  • Garm masala 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Baby corn 5 to 6
  • paneer 100 gms
  • Soya Chunks 50 gms
  • cream or malai 1 tbsp
  • Oil or butter 1 tsp
  • coriander 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer Babycorn Masala in Microwave

  1. Chop all the veggies. Take a microwave safe bowl, add chopped veggies, onions, ginger ,garlic, chilli, melon seeds, almonds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Dhanya jeera powder, kasuri methi, kitchen king powder, Garm masala, oil, butter and add 1 tbsp water. Mix it well.
  2. Cover the bowl and microwave at high degree for 5 minutes.
  3. In microwave safe dish add water and baby corn microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
  4. Take 200 gm water add 50 gm soya chunks and salt boil for 3 minutes remove it from water. wash with fresh water and squeeze them.
  5. Grind the tomatoes mixture in fine paste.
  6. Cut the boiled soya chunks and baby corn into cubes. Add paneer, oil or butter, salt. Add red chilli powder kitchen king masala and Kasuri methi and microwave for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the gravy and cream or malai and microwave for 3 minutes.
  8. Hot Spicy baby corn paneer masala is ready to serve. Decorate with chopped coriander.

Add vegetables as per your choice.
