Cabbage Aloo

Ingredients to make Cabbage Aloo

  • cabbage 1 medium
  • potatoes 2
  • oil 1 tbs
  • Zeera 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp

How to make Cabbage Aloo

  1. Was cabbage and chop finely. Peel, wash and dice potatoes. Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera. When it crackles, add chopped vegetables.
  2. Now add turmeric, red Chilli and salt according to taste, now mix and cover pan and let it cook
  3. After 10-15 minutes, veg will be cooked add garam masala. Cover and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve
