Ingredients to make Strawberry Muesli Cups

  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1 tbsp almond oil
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup almond flakes

How to make Strawberry Muesli Cups

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease the tartlet moulds.
  2. In a bowl, combine the muesli and oil. Press the mixture into the base and sides of the prepared moulds. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
  3. Remove from the freezer and bring to room temperature.
  4. Cover the mixture with baking paper. Allow it to come over the sides of the tart and fill the centre with pie weights.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the pie weights and put the tartlets back in the oven for another 20 until it gets golden brown. Remove and allow it to cool.
  6. Meanwhile, add the strawberries and honey in a pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Once the tartlets have cooled, add the strawberry mixture and sprinkle almond flakes over it.
