Ingredients to make Banana Crispies

  • Raw bananas - 4
  • Spice mix contains 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp ground sugar and 1 tsp black pepper
  • oil for frying
  • lemon juice - juice of 1 lemon

How to make Banana Crispies

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into round pieces. Put in the hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes till they become soft.
  2. Now press each piece with a katori.
  3. After pressing, it will look like this.
  4. Now, fry these pieces until crisp. Take it on a plate and sprinkle the spice mix and squeeze lemon juice. Serve hot.

My Tip:

If you are serving for fast then sprinkle sendha namak and black pepper.
