Eggless Banana bread tiramisu

Ingredients to make Eggless Banana bread tiramisu

  • For the banana bread
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream(malai)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup walnuts coarsely crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • For whipped cream
  • 3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp coffee powder dissolved in 4 tbsp warm water
  • 2 bananas cut in circular pieces

How to make Eggless Banana bread tiramisu

  1. For the bread, beat sugar and cream nicely till done.
  2. Add yogurt, vanilla essence and mashed bananas.
  3. Sieve in the flour mix and mix lightly. Add in the walnuts.
  4. Put the mix in a prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 50 mins at 180 degree C.
  5. Meanwhile whip the cream and sugar nicely till stiff peaks.
  6. For the assembly
  7. In the dish put the bottom layer of cut pieces of bread. Brush it on top with the coffee mix, spread a layer of whipped cream followed by cut pieces of banana. Top this layer with the bread again and brush with coffee mix and layer with whipped cream. Top it with an even coating of cocoa powder by dusting through a sieve.
  8. Let it cool in the fridge for an hour or two. Serve cold.
