  • Thin large brinjal rings 4
  • capsicum rings 4
  • besan 1 cup
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Suji 2 tsp
  • salt
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Brinjal capsicum hullahoop

  1. Make batter by mixing besan, suji, salt and red chilli powder with required water. Batter should be semi thick.
  2. Take a kadhai. Put oil for frying.
  3. Dip rings in the batter and put in the oil. Fry on medium heat till golden colour comes.
  4. Serve with mint chutney.
