Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Steamed boiled raw banana paste 6 teaspoons
  2. Water 4 cups
  3. Boiled toor dal 4 teaspoons
  4. Coriander leaves 3 teaspoons
  5. Curry leaves 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt per taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  9. Rasam powder 2 teaspoons
  10. Lemon juice 4 teaspoons
  11. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  12. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  13. Red chillies 4
  14. Jeera seeds 1 teaspoon
  15. Hing powder 1 teaspoon


  1. In a bowl add water, salt, sugar, steamed banana paste and boiled toor dal.
  2. Add rasam powder and keep it on the stove, let it boil well.
  3. Temper with mustard seeds, jeera seeds, red chillies, hing powder, finally add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
