Corn and Paneer Paties

Ingredients to make Corn and Paneer Paties

  • corn - 1 cup
  • paneer : grated minuted - 1 cup
  • Green peas : 1 cup
  • green chillies - 3 sliced
  • cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons
  • coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
  • ginger minute sliced - 1/2 cup
  • garlic Minute sliced - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1-2 tablespoons
  • Garam masala - 1 pinch
  • salt as per the taste
  • ghee : 1 cup

How to make Corn and Paneer Paties

  1. Remove the corn seeds.
  2. Take the mixie jar add corn, green peas, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and blend it into a paste.
  3. Add salt, garam masala and rice flour and mix thoroughly to make the round patti using hands.
  4. Heat the pan and place the paties and add ghee and cook it on both sides.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and place the corn fritters and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
  6. Now serve the hot paties and pakoda with tomato or chilly sauce.
