Cheesy Chilla

Ingredients to make Cheesy Chilla

  • gram flour 1 big bowl
  • buttermilk 400 gm
  • Ajwain less then 1/2 tsp
  • salt as account of taste
  • Red chill powder 1 tsp full
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Hingh 2 pinch
  • Crushed garlic 8/10
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves 2 tbs
  • Cheese for sprinkle 50 grm
  • Ketchup or cheese dip for serving

How to make Cheesy Chilla

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour salt sugar red chilli powder ajwain and add buttermilk in it little by little..
  2. Now mix properly all ingredients and make a better for chilla.
  3. Now keep aside for 10 minute and then again mix better for using.
  4. Now keep nonstick tawa on flame and add fresh coriander leaves and crushed garlic in batter and mix well.
  5. Now add one ladle full of batter on tawa and spread it like dosa.
  6. Now add little oil on it and then turn it.
  7. Apply oil both side on chilla.
  8. Now again turn it and sprinkle cheese on the chilla.
  9. Now fold it.
  10. Cheese chilla is ready to serve.
  11. Serve with ketchup or cheese dip as your wish.
