Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled maggie noodles - 1packet
  2. Peanuts - 10gms
  3. Cashews - 15gms
  4. Mustard - 1tsp
  5. Fenugreek seeds - 1/4tsp
  6. Slit green chillies - 3
  7. Dry red chili - 1
  8. Curry leaves - leaves of 2 stems
  9. Juice of 2 big lemons
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  11. Asafoetida - a pinch
  12. Oil - 2tsp
  13. Salt as per taste


  1. Par cook the Maggie noodles without masala as per the instructions given on the packet.
  2. Drain excess water and strain the noodles in a colander
  3. Heat oil in a wok, when the oil is heated add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and let it splitter
  4. Then add the peanuts and fry till they are slightly done
  5. Now add the cashews and fry them
  6. Add the green chilies, curry leaves and red chilli and mix well then add turmeric powder and asafoetida along with salt and mix well.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and pour the lemon juice over it, add a few more curry leaves at this stage and Mix well and immediately turn off the flame and let it rest for 1/2hr and then serve with maggi noodles pakora or maggie mixed veg cutlets.
