Ingredients to make Maggi Bread Tawa Pakoda

  • 1 small packet maggi
  • Bread slices -10
  • gram flour -1 cup
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4-5 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green coriander
  • Red chili powder -1 tsp
  • Carom seeds/ajwain -1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Maggi Bread Tawa Pakoda

  1. In a pan boil maggi using required water.
  2. Add Maggi masala to it.
  3. Boil it till perfectly cooked.
  4. In a bowl mix besan, water, carom seeds, salt and red chilli powder. Chopped green chillies, coriander and sliced onion.
  5. Grease the griddle with oil. Put a bread slice and on the bread slice put some prepared Maggi and veggies.
  6. Pour besan batter over the veggies and Maggi and toast it.
  7. Maggi bread tawa pakoda is now ready. Serve with tomato sauce and a cup of hot tea.
