ABOUT Maggi Masala Biryani RECIPE

Tasty biryani for all ages made by all time favourite Maggi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Single pack of Maggi noodles
  2. 1 sachet of masala-e-magic
  3. 2 cups boiled rice
  4. 1 onion thinly sliced
  5. 1tomato finely chopped
  6. Handful of peas
  7. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  8. 2-3 green chillies slit
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Butter 3-4 small chunks

Instructions

  1. Boil Maggi noodles as usual and keep aside.
  2. In another Pan add butter and saute onions.
  3. Add tomatoes, capsicum and peas.
  4. Add green chillies and saute for a min.
  5. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  6. Add 1tbsp of masala-e Magic.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Now slowly add rice.
  9. Add boiled Maggi.
  10. Stir on med flame carefully so that rice do not break.
  11. Serve hot with butter, coriander leaves and masala-e-magic.
