ABOUT Maggi Vegetable Stroganoff RECIPE

This creamy Vegetable Stroganoff, topped with aromatic herbs and delicate spices, will definitely whet your appetite!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 garlic cloves , chopped
  2. 1/2 zucchini, chopped
  3. 1/2 yellow squash, chopped
  4. 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
  6. 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  7. 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
  8. 2 tbsp Butter
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 10 shallots
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black Pepper to taste
  13. 1 tsp Paprika powder
  14. 2 tsp mustard paste
  15. 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  16. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  17. 1/2 cup Cream
  18. 2 tbsp vegetable stock
  19. 250 gm maggi noodles
  20. Water as required
  21. A few parsley sprigs, chopped
  22. 1 tbsp Butter
  23. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  24. FOR GARNISH: Beetroot, boiled and julienned

Instructions

  1. Saute in a pan, butter, olive oil, onion shallots, chopped garlic cloves, chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Add salt, cracked black pepper, paprika powder, mustard paste, tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, fresh cream, vegetable stock, chopped parsley and mix well.
  2. In a pan, boil water as required. Add salt, maggi noodles and cook for 3- 4 minutes.
  3. Strain the noodles, add butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice and mix well.
  4. In a serving plate, add lemon noodles and vegetable stroganoff.
  5. Garnish with chopped beetroot and parsley( boiled).
