Finger millets (Raagi) is a very nutritious grain. Addition of Raagi flour makes bread really healthy and gives it a lovely reddish tinge. The bread toasts well and is deliciously healthy.

simply superb Namita! Raagi is great for Winters, infact in the hilly regions of Uttarakhand they use raagi to make rotis throughout the cold months(known as mandua), its delicious n soo healthy!!
