Cooked Maggi Schezwan way and made steamed Rice momos. While making this I just remind, I have left over Upma. Why not try Maggi Stuffed Upama momos. So presenting two different Maggi momos in one plate.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Stuffing
  2. Chicken Maggi 1/2 packet
  3. Chicken taste maker 1/2 sachet
  4. Onion chopped fine 1/2
  5. Carrot chopped fine/grated 1/2
  6. Capsicum chopped fine 1/4
  7. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  8. Schezwan sauce 1 tsp
  9. Apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp
  10. Chilli tomato ketchup 1 tsp
  11. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Dried herbs mixed (optional) 1/2 tsp. I like the taste so i have added.
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste.
  15. Olive oil 1 tsp
  16. For suji upma momos
  17. Any Maggi of your choice.
  18. Carrot, Capsicum, cabbage onion as above mentioned.
  19. Salt and pepper to taste
  20. Paprika powder to taste.
  21. Oil 1/2 tsp
  22. For moms
  23. Rice flour 3/4 cup
  24. Oil 1 tsp
  25. Hot water as per requirement.
  26. For left over Upama momos
  27. Upama ( left over) 1/2 bowl
  28. Wheat flour 1 tsp ( heaped) / all purpose flour
  29. Oil 1 tsp


  1. Cook Maggi with taste maker and keep aside.
  2. For stuffing
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, saute. Add onion, saute a little.
  4. Now add other veges, mix well. Add salt, pepper. Saute. Just stir fry to add fiber to your dish.
  5. Add cooked maggi and saute.
  6. Add Vinegar and sauce. Mix again. Now add sugar. Saute a little.
  7. Turn off gas, let mixture cool. Add herbs.
  8. For momo dough
  9. Take rice flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Add hot water and make a dough.
  10. Take a ball for momo. Grease your palm and give a shape of katori with help of your fingers in your palm.
  11. Stuff and close well.
  12. Heat water in a steamer and stem your Momos for 15 minutes.
  13. Enjoy your world best momos with momo chutney. ( blend blanched and peeled tomatoes, sauteed garlic, red chillies, vinegar, soya sauce and sugar and salt,) / tomato ketchup.
  14. For Upama momos
  15. Mix wheat flour, oil with upma, mix well to form a dough. Adjust salt.
  16. Stuff Maggi and make Momos as above.
  17. Steam for 10 minutes. Enjoy with momo sauce. Tastes Awesome.
