Creamy Mushroom Paneer Masala

Ingredients to make Creamy Mushroom Paneer Masala

  • mushroom 200 gms (cut into pieces)
  • paneer 250 gms
  • carrot 2 big diced
  • capsicum 1 diced
  • Makhanas 1/2 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • onion 2 chopped
  • tomato 2 chopped
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • cashew nut 8
  • cream 2tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • cumin whole 1tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • ghee 4tbsp

How to make Creamy Mushroom Paneer Masala

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add cumin and chopped onions
  3. When onion is soft add mushroom and salt
  4. Saute till mushroom changes colour
  5. Grind tomatoes and add all the masalas
  6. saute till it leaves oil
  7. Add all the carrots, capsicum, peas and makhanas
  8. Stir fry for few minutes
  9. Grind cashew and curd together
  10. Add this mixture
  11. When it leaves oil add tomato sauce
  12. Add chopped paneer
  13. In the end add cream and cook for few minutes only

You can add any veggies or nuts you want
