Maggi Paneer Balls Manchurian

Ingredients to make Maggi Paneer Balls Manchurian

  • 100 grams paneer
  • 1/2 cup lauki grated and boiled
  • Half packet Maggi
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 3-4 pieces baby corn
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • 1 tbsp corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes/kooti red chilli
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic powder or paste
  • coriander to garnish

How to make Maggi Paneer Balls Manchurian

  1. Mash paneer well
  2. Grate a piece of lauki, boil, strain and keep aside to cool
  3. Now boil maggi and run cold water over it to cool and separate out
  4. Make a mash of lauki and paneer mix with some salt
  5. Mash well and make balls of this mash
  6. Roll these paneer balls into cornflour and now roll into boiled maggi
  7. Heat oil to deep fry and start frying the maggi paneer balls golden and keep aside
  8. Now make the gravy with 2 glasses of water in a bowl add all seasoning with vinegar and cornflour, stir well
  9. Keep the veggies ready
  10. Saute all veggies in a pan with little oil, add ginger garlic paste or powder here
  11. Heat some oli in the pan add the veggies and saute ginger garlic for five minutes
  12. Now pour the ready gravy on the veggies and keep stirring for 5-8 minutes
  13. Add the Maggi paneer balls to this simmering gravy. Cover cook 5 minutes
  14. Serve hot with steamed rice
