Ingredients to make Maggi crispy balls

  • 1 pack masala maggi with taste maker
  • 2 table spoon all purpose flour
  • 4 table spoon cornflakes
  • 1 pack maggi magic masala
  • 1 cup water for maggi
  • 1/2 cup water for maida paste
  • oil to fry

How to make Maggi crispy balls

  1. Take a wok add water to it boil it add maggi noodles without breaking and add taste maker too boil on low flame and keep lid on it. Turn off the flame so that maggi smears all over the masala and water.
  2. Transfer maggi in a wide plate to cool down
  3. After cooling make balls of maggi and keep aside
  4. Take a bowl add all purpose flour in it add magic masala mix well add water to make a thick paste
  5. Take another plate add cornflakes in it and crush it with light hands and keep aside
  6. Take another wok heat up the oil in it
  7. Now take a maggi ball dip in all purpose flour batter
  8. Now roll on crushed cornflakes
  9. Like this made all balls and keep aside
  10. Now put balls in heated oil one by one
  11. Drain excess oil out of all the balls on a kitchen towel
  12. Serve with schezwan sauce and salad

My Tip:

Fry balls in hot oil at medium low flame
