Dahi Idli

Ingredients to make Dahi Idli

  • Idli - 2 nos ( adjust according to family )
  • curd - 1 cup ( sweetened & chilled )
  • chilli powder - 1 /4th tsp
  • jeera powder - half tsp
  • imli chutney - 1 tsp
  • Green chutney - 1 tsp ( I didn't have so skipped it )
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Dahi Idli

  1. Take idli batter & make idlis, when done keep aside to cool.
  2. Now put the idlis in a bowl pour the sweetened chilled curd over it
  3. Put both the chutneys over it.
  4. Sprinkle jeera powder & red chilli powder
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
  6. Enjoy Dahi Idli :relaxed:
